1. Creating a Practice Theme
Navigate to the “Courses>Practice Themes” menu.
Click the "Create Theme" button.
A form will appear where you can define the scenario:
Theme Title: (e.g., "At the Coffee Shop")
Level: Select the CEFR difficulty (A1–C2).
Scenario/Context: Write 1-2 sentences setting the context (e.g., "You are a customer ordering a latte. Ask for almond milk and the price.")
Generate Cover: After filling up the form Generate Image button will become active. Click Generate Cover to create an AI cover image based on your scenario.
2. Assigning to Students
Once the theme is defined, the assignment process is identical to assigning a standard module:
Click Assign.
Select the Classrooms or Specific Students who should receive this practice theme for English Practice.
3. How Students See It
When your students log in:
They go to their Practice menu.
They will see your assigned theme listed at the top.
Clicking Start Practice launches the English Practice conversation immediately, using the specific context and level you defined.
4. Monitoring Performance
You can review the transcripts and audio from these specific assignments:
Go to Reports > Students.
Click on a student's name to open their profile.
Navigate to the Practice Reports tab.
Here you can see the session logs, read the chat history, and listen to their audio recordings.
