How to Create a Test Using Carna Test Generation
Go to the top menu.
Click Test Generation
Click the Create Test button.
A form will appear where you can customize your test.
Set the test requirements. Fill out the form step by step
Select Age Group
Choose the age range of your students.Pick Grammar Rules (optional)
Choose any grammar topics you want the test to focus on.
Select CEFR level
Select a single level (A1–C1) or the level that matches your class.Select Skill Categories
Reading, Vocabulary, Grammar, ListeningChoose Question Types
Select the formats you want: “Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blanks, Matching and more…”Set the Number of Questions
Enter how many questions you want in your test.Add Vocabulary (optional)
In the Vocabulary field, type the words you want to include in the test. Separate each word with a comma.Add a Subject Title (optional)
In the Subject field, you can freely enter any topic you want your test to focus on.
Click Preview. Carna will create a full test based on your selections within a few seconds.
You can:
Regenerate the question.
Click Regenerate. A pop-up will appear asking for Vocabulary and Subject. Enter the information you want and click Regenerate Question again to create a new version of the question.Edit the question to make changes
Click Edit, make your changes to the question and answers, and then click SaveReject the question to replace it
Click Yes, Reject on the pop-up window. Carna will generate a new questionApprove the question if it looks good.
After reviewing your questions and making any changes you need, click the Approve and Create Test button to finalize your test.
Enter the test title and an optional description in the pop-up window. Then click Create Test.
