Whether you’re using Carna with a student account or a teacher account, the steps to get help are the same.
How do I open the help menu?
Look at the top-right corner of the screen. Next to your profile (your name/initials), you’ll see a small “?” (question mark) icon. When you click this icon, two options appear:

Live Support
You can access this menu from any page inside Carna.
Help Center
When you click Help Center (Yardım Merkezi), the Carna Help Center (Carna Yardım Merkezi) page opens in a new tab.
Here, you can:
Read help articles that explain how to use Carna.
Type keywords (for example, Library, Practice , Assignments ) into the search box to find relevant guides.
View category sections prepared for both teachers and students.
To find an article related to your question, simply use the Search forvarticles field at the top of the page.
Live Support
When you click Live Support, a help chat bubble opens in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
In this window:
On the Home tab:
You can write a message to the team using the Send us a message button.
You can use the search field below to look for help articles.
On the Messages tab:
If you haven’t sent any messages before, you can write to the team using the Send us a message button.
You can see the messages you’ve previously sent and the team’s replies.
On the Help tab
You can find help articles organized into collections such as Getting Started, Account Management, Using Carna as a Teacher ), and Using Carna as a Student.
Even if you close the help bubble icon, it will remain as a blue bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the page as long as you don’t refresh the page.
To open it again, just click this blue icon.
By following these steps, you can always access Help Center or send a message to the Live Support team whenever you have questions about Carna.
