🖥️ On the Web (Desktop/PC)
Navigate to www.carna.ai in your web browser.
In the menu at the top-right corner of the page, click "Start Learning". You will be redirected to the app login page.
Since you are a new user, click the blue link at the bottom that says "New to Carna? Register Now!".
Choose your registration method:
To use Google: Click the "Login with Google" button and follow the prompts to link your Google account.
To use Email: Enter your email address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters). You will need to enter the password twice to confirm it.
Check the box to agree to our Terms & Conditions. Click the "Register" button.
Next, enter your First Name and Last Name, then click "Continue".
7. Finally, you'll be asked to choose your user type. Select the option that best describes you:
Individual User: Choose this if you are using Carna for personal learning.
Organization User: Choose this if you are part of a school or business and have an invitation code to enter.
After completing these steps, your account will be created and you can start exploring Carna!
📱 On a Mobile Device (Android/iOS)
Follow these steps to create your account using your smartphone or tablet.
Open your mobile web browser (like Chrome or Safari) and go to www.carna.ai.
Tap the three-line menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner to open the navigation menu.
From the menu, tap "Start Learning".
4. On the login screen, tap the blue link at the bottom: "New to Carna? Register Now!".
5. Select your preferred sign-up method:
Sign up with Google: Tap this button and follow the prompts.
Sign up with Email: Enter your email address and a secure password (at least 8 characters long) in the fields provided.
6. You must agree to the Terms & Conditions by tapping the checkbox. Tap the "Register" button to create your account.
7. You will then be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name. Fill these in and tap "Continue".
8. Lastly, select your user type: Individual User or Organization User (if you have an invite code).
Your account is now set up and ready to use on your mobile device.
Troubleshooting
Didn't receive your verification email?
Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails get filtered incorrectly.
Please wait a few minutes. There can occasionally be a short delay in delivery.
If you still haven't received it, return to the app and use the "Resend verification email" option.
