All Carna users who have forgotten their password
Prerequisites:
You must have a Carna account
You must have access to the email address you used when creating your account
You must have an active internet connection
I Forgot My Carna Password
If you forgot your password and need a new one, don't worry! Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen in the Carna app at www.carna.app.
We'll send you a link to that email address, which will enable you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the reset email in your inbox!
Important: If you signed up with an inaccurate email address, you will not be able to change your password. In this case, contact our support team at [email protected].
Steps to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Click "Forgot Password" Button
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" button.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address to send the password reset link to your email and click the "Send Reset Link" button.
Step 3: Click the Link in Your Email
Check your email inbox (don't forget to check your spam folder!)
Click the link that says "Reset my Password"
Enter the new password you would like twice and save it.
Tip: Make sure to keep your new password in a secure place!

You can now log in to your Carna account with your new password!
🔧 Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the password reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder – The email might be there
Wait a few minutes – It may take some time for the email to arrive
Make sure you entered the correct email address – You must use the email address you used when creating your account
Resend the email – Try the password reset process again from the login page
I signed up with the wrong email address?
If you used an incorrect email address during registration, you won't be able to receive the password reset email. In this case, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will help you out.
The password reset link isn't working?
The link may have expired – Request a new password reset
Make sure you clicked on the entire link
